Roasted Brocolli and garlic - I made this last night. didn’t use nuts but it tasted sooo good! everyone loved it! I used 2 lbs of brocolli florets (frozen that I thawed in microwave) to feed 5 people a nice serving.

I hope that the day will become better bc yesterday was terrible. I absolutely need Easter holidays to relax a bit. breakfast was of course amazing, an heart bowl full of a messy pumpkin oatmeal.
